


SERVICE MAINTENANCE PLANS
The One’s To Call offers residential and business maintenance plans. Many of our clients have spent thousands of dollars on major home repairs that could have been prevented with regular maintenance. If you do not have the time, expertise or tools to tackle all of the needed preventative maintenance then give us a call and we will get it done.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All plans provide a one-time Home Assessment which is a thorough inspection of your home and or business. This allows us to identify all major systems, appliances, materials needed to perform the regular maintenance and to become familiar with your home and or business so that we can be as efficient as possible during visits. It also allows us to assess if any items need immediate attention.
Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Visits - You will be scheduled for your (monthly, quarterly or annual) visit by a The One’s To Call rep. The technician will complete as much of the maintenance as possible in the scheduled time (2 ½ hrs or 3-4 hrs) and advise you if more time is needed or if other repairs are recommended. Extra labor time, materials, disposal fees, permits, etc. are in addition to the Plan charges.
Cost Savings - As a preferred client you will enjoy reduced costs of your home and or business maintenance and will receive special offers throughout the year.
Conditions – The Plan length covers:

Monthly- (12) 2 ½ hour visits (30 hrs. total) in a 12 month period

Quarterly- (4) 2 ½ hour visits (10 hrs. total) in a 12 month period.

Annual- (1) 3-4 hour visit
PLANS
Monthly- Enjoy the benefit of having a consistent, trusted professional who knows your home’s repair history, who shows up regularly, with the right tools and materials for your specific home and or business, and is backed by a network of trusted professionals to address any home service problem.
You can depend on them to show up every month, work through your home and or business specific maintenance task list and take care of your requests for handyman repairs. If more than the 2 ½ hours are required for maintenance and repairs, additional time will be billed. Authorization will be sought for repairs involving any major expenses or problems. Additional handyman repair services are available on call between monthly visits.
Quarterly- With the Quarterly Plan, you will get four follow-up visits to the Initial Home Assessment over the course of a year. This 2 ½ hour visits will address any maintenance issues you may have at your home and or business. If more than the 2 ½ hours are required for maintenance and repairs, additional time will be billed. Authorization will be sought for repairs involving any major expenses or problems. Additional handyman repair services are available on call between quarterly visits.
Annual- The Annual Plan, you will get one follow-up visits to the Initial Home Assessment. This 3-4 hour visit will address any maintenance issues you may have at your home and or business. If more than the 3-4 hours are required for maintenance and repairs, additional time will be billed. Authorization will be sought for repairs involving any major expenses or problems. Additional handyman repair services are available on call between annual visits.
